Look for a name on the carb as it is probably not made by Triton. This style carb uses a needle and seat and should have no diaphram. As for a gasket you can make your own by going to a parts supplier and purchase a piece of gasket paper. Clean the surface and then apply a light coat of oil etc and press it on the surface of the gasket paper to get the shape then cut it out. If you remove the bowl then take out the pin holding the float in place you can then remove the Main and the Primary jet for cleaning. Be sure to blow the vanes out with air and if you have the means soak the carb overnight to clean it. Try not to bend your float level tang and check the float level. The float should be set so that it stops the supply of gas when level. If you take the carb to a small engine shop they may be able to cross reference a number to find you parts. The Arrow Triton is a swiss made motor and i believe the stoped making them in 1984. Hope this helps...
