Quinte Fishing

Planning my ice fishing & snowboarding w.e.'s for the upcoming winter. Don't want to have any conficts... was wondering if anyone could help let me know when any good fun tournys are happening on Quinte before I book a ski weekend? so we can book/plan our friendly tourny on quinte coinciding with a real tourny up there?

Already saw the Merland Park Tourny, any others? Links? dates? entry fees, etx?

Yup.

The third "Battle on the Bay" MIGHT be sometime in Feb., IF the organizers are kind enough to give it another go this winter. People have so much fun there aren't a lot of fish are caught.

To many friendly forum-faces, too much good food, too much joking around, too many draws to allow for the fishing to be taken seriously. Of course, I take it seriously.

Hi guys,

Don't forget the Pro Tackle Fish n' Fry on Super Bowl Sunday morning. (Feb. 3rd 2013)

This event will most likely be maxed again (350 people) this coming year. We will post details shortly. It is a lot of fun trying to catch just one small fish to enter in the hidden weight draws. Then we all enjoy a fish fry with friends afterwards. There will be over $7000 in prizes again.

I will be working on the prizes as we get closer.
Last year we gave away a Frabill Predator 2 man shelter, Power auger and an ice Flasher as the hidden weight prizes. Plus a pile of random prizes regardless if you catch a fish or not.

Its a lot of fun!
