As another option, you can make your own.
I go to Outpost Packaging Products in Hastings for supplies. They have about 50 different flavours of pre-packaged spice for about 10lbs of meat. I usually use 7lbs of ground wild meat (moose, deer, goose), 3 lbs of regular ground pork and add the package of spice. Experiment and vary to your own liking. They sell casings as well.
