Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get a small bear hide tanned at a reasonable price?

I would think there is a few around that do it but also think many send out to a tannery hence the big dollars for a bear rug or hide tan not being smart here but google bear hide tanning and try doing it yourself its really not that hard to do and you might find it rewording as well i have tanned quite a few things over the years deer coon beaver mink. a small bear would be a good first hide......they have great tanning creams out there that make it quite easy fleshing is the hardest part it takes time to flesh out or put up fur.

I got my bear done with carolins creative taxidermists just north of Frankford and she did a,great job my bear was 7 foot 1 inch from nose to tail and its was 1350 to get,it done
